  • Analysis of dietary patterns and assessment of nutritional status. 
  • Incorporation of genetic element to nutrition (nutrigenetics /nutrigenomics) for the identification of risk factors associated with diet-related chronic diseases.
  • Investigation of interrelated factors associated with food consumption and healthy lifestyle.
  • Investigation of nutritional interventions to mitigate the rise of chronic diseases.
