Accountable for the Profit & Loss accounts of the assigned foodservice contract and in the development of the business on site through promotions and functions as well as contract retention. Accountable for developing and maintaining good business relations with our clients as well as our customers and to manage expectations through regular food committee meetings. I was also responsible for the payroll processing of staff as well as interviewing new hire for line-staff positions and also involved in training staff in all aspects of F&B operations.
Managing daily in-patient department F&B operations in Pantai Medical Center and Columbia Asia Hospital. Well versed In-Patient Diet requirements as well as overall healthcare F&B operations.
- Opening of Foodservice Contracts/Outlets
Planning the mobilization process from the dateline for a more efficient and organized opening of contracts. Coordinating with team members as well as with suppliers for timely delivery of supplies according to required standards. Conducting regular site visits to inspect the progress of work and commissioning of foodservice equipment.
